At Cheylesmore Pre-School our ethos is to provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment where children can develop, learn and offer experiences to all children. Strong emphasis is placed on learning through play as we believe at this stage in a child’s development the learning process should be interesting and enjoyable as possible.
The children’s safety is our priority and we have stringent risk assessments and policies in place.
Our children are supported in making continued individual progress in the 7 areas of the EYFS Curriculum. We are an inclusive setting in which each child is offered equal opportunity and every child matters.
Our aim is for the children to learn through play and provide them with emotional support. Our open-door policy purposefully encourages the input and involvement of parents so they are comfortable that their child is happy and receiving the best possible care.
Cheylesmore Pre-School is an Ofsted registered setting offering care for children between the ages of 18 months to 5 years within the local area of Cheylesmore, Coventry.
We offer children the opportunity to learn through play in a stimulating and nurturing environment.

We feel it is important for children to feel safe, happy and comfortable at pre-school as much as they would at home. We are committed to promoting equal opportunities and celebrating each individual’s diversity, religions and cultures.

The Pre-School
We offer a large open playroom – divided into designated areas such as role play, quiet, construction and messy learning areas alongside a covered outdoor area, large play area and physical garden.
